Shipping and Delivery

Standard shipping is 3-4 days plus an additional 1-3 days for processing.

Express shipping is 2-3 days plus an additional 1-3 days for processing.

Standard shipping of personalized products is 3-5 days plus an additional 4-5 days for processing.

A tracking number will be sent to the email address provided by the customer.

Additional Information

We process and deliver orders Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). 

We use a variety of shipping carriers to make sure we deliver your order as soon as possible.

We do not offer international shipping and are unable to ship to US territories, PO boxes, re-shippers, or package forwarding services.

Shipping fees are not refundable unless you receive an incorrect item.

Siete Veinte Store IS NOT responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages by the courier.

If a package is returned to the sender Siete Veinte Store due to insufficient or incorrect address, the client is responsible to pay for the second shipping fare. We will contact you if this happens with an invoice for the shipping cost.
